Jake grew up in Northwest Indiana and has been an athlete for the majority of his life. A graduate from Lake Central High School Jake played Varsity football which led to Anderson University to play football there. Jake later attended Purdue University Northwest where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a focus on Exercise and and Nutrition.
Jake is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. He is currently working on obtaining his Strength and Conditioning Certification through NSCA.
Jake's goal is to help people of all ages achieve a healthier life, and to get young athletes to reach their goal of playing their sport at the next level and to the highest of their abilities.
